Project Brief
The project brief was for me to create a short trailer for Paper Frogs' "Federation Stories" video which would be shown at their "Federation Festival" celebrating the now disbanded Federation.

Planning
After downloading all the assets, I then went through a planning process where I sifted through the provided footage and selected the set of clips I wanted to include; this selection would be later revised but mostly stayed true to the original plan I had set.

Execution
I took the provided assets, imported them into Adobe Premiere Pro and then started working.
This project would be divided into two parts, the 30 second and the 2 minute variants, I started on the 30 second version.
The footage was originally shot in 16:9 landscape and it had to be converted to 9:16 portrait as it would primarily be shown on smartphones and social media. This was something new to me which I learnt how to do for this project.
After a few and a lot of cutting, splicing, a bit of audio mixing and some cropping I had managed to complete it. The final touch was just adding the logo and the ending graphic.
This was one of my few video editing projects, so this was also some good practical experience.
